It is surely one of the finest views in Bordeaux.

Step out of the building and you are in the heart of the city. The bars and restaurants of Place de la Victoire, the Saint-Michel district and the markets are close by. Simply walk up rue Sainte-Catherine to reach the Grand Théâtre and the Garonne quays. Saint-Jean station is about a 15-minute walk away, and tram B stops right at Place de la Victoire.
