The sale is concluded on the date of booking. Any booking implies full and complete acceptance of these T&amp;Cs.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Bookings made via a third-party platform (Airbnb, Booking.com\u2026) remain subject to that platform\u2019s cancellation and payment conditions.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 1 \u2013 Identification of the establishment<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">L\u2019H\u00f4tel Particulier Bordeaux is operated by:<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>SAS L\u2019\u00c9difice<\/strong>, with share capital of \u20ac100<br \/>RCS Bordeaux 513 022 095 \u2013 SIRET 513 022 095 00022<br \/>VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code<br \/>Registered office: 41 rue Eug\u00e8ne le Roy, 33800 Bordeaux, France<br \/>Website: <a href=\"https:\/\/lhotelparticulier.com\/en\/\">https:\/\/lhotelparticulier.com<\/a><br \/>Email: <a href=\"mailto:contact@lhotelparticulier.com\">contact@lhotelparticulier.com<\/a><br \/>Phone: +33 6 27 71 81 57<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 2 \u2013 Services offered<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">L\u2019H\u00f4tel Particulier Bordeaux offers online booking of apartments and accommodation in Bordeaux, as well as additional services (parking, concierge, transfers\u2026), subject to availability.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Each accommodation is booked for the maximum number of people stated in its description. Access may be refused to a greater number of occupants.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 3 \u2013 Prices<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">Prices are shown in euros, per accommodation and per night, for the number of people and dates selected. They apply at the time of booking. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The following are added to the price of the accommodation:<\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>the <strong>tourist tax<\/strong>, payable per person and per night according to the rates in force in Bordeaux;<\/li><li>the <strong>the options<\/strong> chosen (parking, concierge, transfers\u2026), at the prices shown on the website or communicated at the time of booking.<\/li><\/ul><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 4 \u2013 Payment<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, the full stay is paid at the time of booking. The booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Payment is made by bank card via our secure payment provider. An invoice is provided on request.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 5 \u2013 Security deposit<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">The establishment may request a security deposit of <strong>500 \u20ac<\/strong>, in the form of a card pre-authorisation, at the time of booking or on the customer\u2019s arrival. No amount is debited unless an incident is found.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">This deposit covers any failure by the customer to meet their obligations, in particular damage, loss or exceptional cleaning in the accommodation or common areas.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">If there is no incident, the card pre-authorisation is released within <strong>7 days<\/strong> after the customer\u2019s departure. In the event of an incident, the sums needed for repairs are deducted, with supporting evidence, up to the amount of the deposit.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 6 \u2013 Right of withdrawal and cancellation by the customer<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>6.1 Right of withdrawal<\/strong><br \/>In accordance with article <strong>L.221-28, 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>6.2 Cancellation conditions<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li><strong>Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date<\/strong> : the booking is <strong>refunded in full<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date<\/strong> : the sums paid are <strong>retained by the establishment<\/strong> and no refund is made.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\">All cancellations must be sent by email to <a href=\"mailto:contact@lhotelparticulier.com\">contact@lhotelparticulier.com<\/a>. The date the email is received is authoritative.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The refund is made to the payment method used at the time of booking, within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receipt of the cancellation request.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>6.3 Changes, late arrival, early departure and no-show<\/strong><br \/>Any request to change dates is subject to availability and the establishment\u2019s agreement. In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full stay remains payable.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 7 \u2013 Force majeure<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">In the event of force majeure, i.e. an unforeseeable, unavoidable and external event within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, preventing the customer from making their stay less than 15 days before arrival, a refund or postponement may be granted on presentation of supporting evidence.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 8 \u2013 Cancellation by the establishment<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">In the event of force majeure or inability to honour a booking, the establishment may cancel it. The customer is then refunded in full for the sums paid as soon as possible, without further compensation.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 9 \u2013 Check-in and check-out<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Check-in<\/strong> : from <strong>2:00 pm<\/strong>.<br \/><strong>Check-out<\/strong> : no later than <strong>11:00 am<\/strong> on the day of departure.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Any late check-out not authorised in advance is charged at <strong>\u20ac40 per hour of delay<\/strong> or part thereof.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 10 \u2013 No smoking<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">It is strictly forbidden to <strong>smoke or vape<\/strong> anywhere in the establishment, including in the accommodation, corridors and common areas.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">In the event of non-compliance, a <strong>cleaning and deodorising fee of \u20ac300<\/strong> is deducted from the security deposit. The establishment reserves the right to end the offender\u2019s stay.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 11 \u2013 Pets<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in advance and in writing by the establishment.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">In the event of non-compliance, a <strong>cleaning fee of \u20ac300<\/strong> is deducted from the security deposit. The establishment reserves the right to end the offender\u2019s stay.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 12 \u2013 Customer conduct and liability<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">The customer undertakes to use the accommodation with reasonable care and to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Parties and noise disturbances are forbidden.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">In the event of a serious breach (damage, repeated disturbances, failure to comply with the rules above), the establishment may end the stay, without prejudice to the sums due under the security deposit.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The establishment cannot be held liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left in the accommodation.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 13 \u2013 Individual police registration form<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">In accordance with articles <strong>R.814-1 et seq. of the French Code on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum<\/strong>, customers of foreign nationality, including EU nationals, must complete an individual police registration form on arrival. Children under 15 may be included on the form of an accompanying adult.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">This form includes: surname and first names, date and place of birth, nationality, usual address, mobile phone number, email address, arrival date and planned departure date. It is kept for <strong>6 months<\/strong>, then destroyed.<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Article 14 \u2013 Personal data<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">Personal data collected at the time of booking is processed by SAS L\u2019\u00c9difice to manage bookings and stays, in accordance with the GDPR. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port their data, which they can exercise by writing to <a href=\"mailto:contact@lhotelparticulier.com\">contact@lhotelparticulier.com<\/a>.
